Job Title: Accounting Manager -B2B & Enterprise Payments

Reports To: Segment Controller

Location: Alpharetta, GA


We are looking for an accounting manager to supervise, track and evaluate day-to-day activities. Accounting manager responsibilities include establishing financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying and reporting information. We are also looking for someone to work closely with our financial operations team.


  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:

?   Month and End-Year process

?   Accounts Receivable

?   Cash Receipts and Advances

?   General Ledger

?   Cash Forecasting

?   Review of daily reconciliation of receipts and payments with the general ledger 

?   Invoicing and cash application

?   Revenue and expenditure variance analysis

?   Bank account statement reconciliations

  • Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
  • Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
  • Communicate and resolve issues for timely resolution
  • Coordinate and complete annual audits
  • Provide recommendations for process improvement
  • Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
  • Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Meet financial accounting objectives
  • Ensure timely review and preparation of balance sheet reconciliations 
  • Perform SOX controls timely and in accordance with design
  • Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
  • Interact with senior executives, providing high-level insights, and advanced analysis on business's financials and performance
  • Other special projects as assigned (e.g. new system implementation, migration, etc.)


  • Proven working experience as Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor or Finance Manager
  • Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
  • Ability to manipulate and analyze large amounts of data
  • Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to direct and supervise
  • BS degree in Accounting or Finance
