Job Title: ALIF Consultant

Reports To: Sr Manager-Industry Development

Job Type: Full Time/ Exempt

Location: Alpharetta, GA

Summary: The ALIF Consultant partners with existing merchants to increase card acceptance for a major financial institution. Will manage a portfolio of current merchants with the goal of improving increasing charge volume, uncovering reason for account activity, and delivering strong value.

Job Functions & Duties:

  • Increase financial institution’s relevance by consistently and effectively
    communicating the value story
  • Are knowledgeable about the industries and markets they call on.
  • Possess strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Maintain above average performance ratings in key metric areas
  • Detailed recording closing and notation in salesforce
  • Having professional value added conversations with existing large card
    accepting merchants

Minimum Requirements:

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent rapport building and communication skills with a diverse group of
    clients, customers and management at all levels
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills
  • Great customer service acumen

Preferred Requirements:

  • Excellent ability to articulate the value of financial institutions products and
  • Excellent Communication, Organizational and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Effective pipeline management
  • Ability to develop a daily, weekly and monthly call plan
  • Relationship management skills to follow through and motivate clients to take
  • Ability to meet/exceed individual and team goals as outlined by Leadership
  • Maturity to work within and contribute to an expanding organization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
  • Intermediate or advanced experience in Excel

Traditional Physical Requirements:

  • Requires prolonged sitting, standing, bending, stooping and stretching
  • Requires eye-hand coordination, manual dexterity and a normal range of hearing and vision (with or without correction)
