Priority Commercial Payments-PRCP

The B2B Specialist is responsible for driving Supplier acceptance and activations for a major financial institution.  This includes working directly with various Sales Channels to achieve results as outlined by the organization.

The B2B Specialist is the Subject Matter Expert on all B2B product solutions and provides training and sales support across various sales channels.


  • Establish relationships with leadership and sales professionals in an effort to assist with managing and growing a portfolio of payment solutions for a major financial insititution
  • Facilitate Sales/Support meetings designed to educate Suppliers and Sales Professionals on account payable/receivable tools and payment solutions
  • Liaison with Sales Professionals to implement strategies on growing Merchant portfolios which includes maintaining an active status and monitoring growth trends
  • Partner with Sales Professionals to update and close active accounts within specified timeframes. This includes re-engaging and/or transitioning accounts that are unable to be closed-out within a specified timeframe
  • Maintain an above average performance ratings which includes Customer Satisfaction, Conversion Ratios, and other metrics outlined by Leadership
  • Communicate performance results to Leadership
  • Manage and Update various reports
  • Track/Maintain/Monitor individual and group performance records and trends

Job Requirements:

  • Must possess superb Account Management customer service acumen
  • Must have excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • The ability to work well with professionals at all levels which includes CEOs, CFOs, Controllers and Office Managers
  • Ability to listen, communicate, and interpret customers’ needs and objections
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced Proficiency in using reports, including Excel
  • Sales Force Experience a plus

Additional Requirements Include:

  • Minimum 4 year degree from an accredited college or university
  • 3 Years of Consultative Sales Skills
  • 2 Years of Training /Development experience
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, both in a team and individual setting
  • A qualified candidate must be able to build rapport and communicate effectively with a diverse group of customers and management levels
