Job Title: Client Services Supervisor I
Reports To: AVP of Client Services
Location: Alpharetta / Lebanon


Summary:

Responsible for managing day to day production and quality within the company’s operation; managing and motivating assigned team members to assist in reaching their production goals; and handling some escalated issues and model exemplary client service practices by performing the following duties.


JOB FUNCTIONS & DUTIES:
  • Works with Manager to administer employee corrections.
  • Assists customers with customer service issues, technical support, product compatibility and general support of sales channel
  • Ensures staff member’s accurate adherence to timekeeping and record keeping policies.
  • Participates with interviewing prospective employees.
  • Complies with and enforces Company policies and procedures.
  • Provides regular and predictable attendance considering any rights to leaves provided by law or company policy.
  • Manages difficult or emotional customer situations and responds promptly to customer needs and requests.
  • Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; able to handle a situation under pressure and find a solution; uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics.
  • Pursues training and development opportunities; strives to continuously build knowledge and skills; share expertise with others.
  • Balances team and individual responsibilities and contributes to building a positive team spirit. Put team success above your own interests.
  • Looks for ways to improve and promote quality; demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university and five years of related experience; or ten years or more related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong Excel skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet required timetables.
