Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Reports To: Director of Client Services

Career Level: Entry

Location: Alpharetta

 

Summary: Support customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints. You will be the front line of support for clients and customers to help ensure satisfaction with products, services, and features.



Job Functions & Duties:

  • Working with all existing and future merchants and assisting them with any questions
  • Receiving a large number of inbound calls a day
  • Relaying information to customers regarding their loan balances
  • Assisting with all bank changes
  • Supporting with all other loan servicing functions

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

 

Preferred Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Strong oral and written communication skills

 

Traditional Physical Requirements:

  • Requires prolonged sitting, standing, bending, stooping and stretching.
  • Requires eye-hand coordination, manual dexterity and a normal range of hearing and vision (with or without correction).
