Responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative:

  • Working with all existing and future merchants and assisting them with any questions
  • Receiving a large number of inbound calls a day
  • Relaying information to customers regarding their loan balances
  • Assisting with all bank changes
  • Supporting with all other loan servicing functions

Required Skills for the Customer Service Representative:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
