Priority Payment Systems Northeast- PPS NE

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Cold call new businesses in an effort to obtain their processing business
  • Prospect businesses independently within your own territory, continuously growing territory and client base
  • Build relationships with potential clients by listening to their needs and understanding what other products and services may resolve their issues
  • Exhibit a level of professional expertise and applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.
  • Develop a working knowledge of company products and services
  • Sell the company's products or services as well as developing new accounts and/or expanding existing accounts
  • May be required to perform any other job-related instructions as requested by their leader, subject to reasonable accommodation

GENERAL QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:

  • Minimum of 3 years of Outside Sales experience
  • Minimum of 3 years in the Payments industry
  • Communicate effectively with a diverse group of customers and people at all levels of the organization
  • Prior experience selling financial products and services

Traditional Physical Requirements

  • Walking, standing, and sitting will be required for a significant part of the day
  • The Associate may occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.  
  • Driving to and from meetings will be required
