The Supplier Enablement channel partners with organizations to make it simple for suppliers to migrate to electronic payments. These payment platforms allow organizations to centralize multiple payment methods onto a single, secure online portal to streamline processes and improve visibility by gaining greater control over payments. 

The Payments Specialist is responsible for processing supplier payments on behalf of a major financial institution. This includes working directly with various sales channels to achieve results as outlined by the organization.

Role Responsibilities:

  • A successful candidate is responsible for processing virtual payment solutions to merchants through multiple channels to include online and via phone
  • Interact with various stakeholders to include senior-level leadership
  • Build strong rapport and maintain ongoing relationships
  • Maintain a high level of integrity and execute proper account setup
  • Possess strong analytical skills
  • Maintain above average performance ratings in key metric areas

Education:

Minimum of a 4 year degree from an Accredited College or University or equivalent experie
