SUMMARY:
Assists with managing the company’s sales portfolio, representing low to mid-level Sales Partners, via telephone and email interactions. Develops and maintains superior relationships with Sales Partners and provides ongoing application and product training. In this role, the ultimate goal is to provide Sales Partners with the necessary support and tools to be successful.
JOB FUNCTIONS & DUTIES:
- Provide inbound and outbound support to sales partners needing assistance via email and phone queue.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining quality business relationships with both assigned and unassigned sales partners.
- Be an advocate for our sales partners; act in their best interest, while maintaining the best interests of Priority.
- Facilitate escalated requests with other teams in the organization, and ensure that any issues are brought to an expedient and amenable resolution.
- Review and facilitate the resolution to any sales partner residual and commissions issues.
- Administer ongoing sales partner training on MX™ Connect, MX™ Merchant, and other Priority Products and Services.
- Educate and inform clients about the Company's products, services, and special offers, and call our cross-sell opportunities to PSM or Business Development.
- Distribute relevant information to sales partners as needed, on behalf of other departments upon request, or at the request of the leadership team.
- Communicate with other departments to ensure the Company maximizes client experiences and meets client expectations.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- 2-4 years of related experience.
- Relevant background in customer service or a customer focused role, ideally with a background in financial technology or financial services.
- Must enjoy working in a sales and service environment that moves at a fast pace.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
- Demonstrated excellence, accuracy and attention to detail.
- Must have good multi-tasking and problem solving skills.
- Comfortable working with CRM's.
- Works well in a team environment, with the ability to function with professionals, internally and externally at all levels.
- Ability to listen, communicate, and interpret client’s needs and objections.
- Ability to de-escalate situations, and drive meaningful resolutions.
- Experience in Excel, completing basic financial analysis or formula based calculations.
